Added Twitch support!

I wanted to experiment with Twitch Chat integration, and I've done so! You can now link your account in the options menu using a OAuth code found from https://twitchapps.com/tmi . Don't show that code to anyone! For your chat, they have access to the following commands and their effects.

Chat Commands

!move (jerry, olive, walker, davis)
- moves the animatronic named
!send~(a password for the streamer to type)
- sends Carter a password of your choosing
!bounce
- raises Riley's present
!sink
- lowers Riley's present
!recharge
- raises the streamer's power
!shock
- lowers the streamer's power
!toggle
- toggles one of the streamer's lights
!noise
- plays a random noise
